In 2006 a committee was formed to review the groups perception of Intergroup and Central Office. In June 2008 Intergroup passed a new set of By-Laws. They then continued to address additional concerns. The committee completed their work in Dec. of 2008. Here is that final report.

In March 2009 a workshop was held to review the document. There were 18 points addressed in the report. The following reports were generated as a result of that workshop outlining the action plan.
